Our online service lets you view your latest balance and transactions
for eligible branch accounts, open and manage new online accounts with us, and view your mortgage account.
Existing members
Register to view your eligible savings or mortgage account.
You can view your latest balance and transactions, and send us secure messages, if you have an eligible* savings or mortgage account.
*Exclusions
You won’t be able to view your account online if:
- You’re an operator on a child’s account, or a corporate account, or a trustee
- You are based outside the UK (i.e. are an expat)
- The account is a Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA.
Mortgage customers wishing to switch to a new product please start this process online here.
You’ll need to register using these details:
- A UK address
- Name
- Date of birth
- Postcode
- Savings or mortgage account number (you’ll find this in your passbook or on your statement)
- Personal UK mobile number (which is unique to you and already registered to your account).
If we don’t have your mobile number, please pop to your nearest branch or call us on 0330 123 0723 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. We will need to ask you some questions and check your ID.
