Online service.

If you have an eligible* branch account or mortgage with us, you can now get online access to view your latest balance and transactions, and send us secure messages.

*Accounts not currently supported

If you’re an operator on a child’s account or a corporate account, a trustee, or if you hold an expat mortgage or expat savings account with the Society, you won’t be able to view the account online. Child Trust Funds and Junior ISAs are also not supported.

You’ll need to register using these details:

• A UK address
• Name
• Date of birth
• Postcode
• Savings or mortgage account number (you’ll find this in your passbook or on your statement)
• Personal UK mobile number (which is unique to you and already registered to your account).

If we don’t have your mobile number, please pop to your nearest branch or call us on 0330 123 0723 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. We will need to ask you some questions and check your ID.

If you’re an existing member and have already registered to use our online service, go to the Apply tab in your dashboard to look at the latest products available.

If you’re new to the Society, you can open new online savings accounts and manage your money online.
