Website accessibility tool.
You can use the accessibility widget located in the bottom right-hand corner of every webpage. This feature will allow you to change text sizes, text spacings and hide any images, amongst many other settings to make browsing online suit you.

Setting up your browser.
If you have specific needs, you can edit your browser to offer more flexibility. To simply zoom in and out on a webpage use ctrl key (bottom left of the keyboard) and press + to zoom in or – to zoom out.

Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge offers a number of accessibility options.
You can change the size of text, images, and apps:
- Select the three dots in the top right corner to open the menu
- Once open select settings from the drop down menu
- On the left side, select the Accessibility tab to edit a variety of features
You can use magnifier to zoom in and out on your screen. To turn on Magnifier:
- To zoom in, press the Windows logo key and Plus (+). Zoom in further by continuing to press these keys
- To zoom out, press the Windows logo key and Minus (-). Zoom out further by continuing to press these keys
Firefox
Firefox offers similar accessibility features. You can resize text beyond the 2-up, 2-down steps that Microsoft Edge offers – making it a better choice of browser if you are visually impaired.
To change font size:
- At the top right of the page, click the three lines to open the menu
- Select settings on the drop down menu
- Use the fonts section to change font type and font size
Google Chrome
Google Chrome also allows you to change a variety of features, including the appearance of the webpage.
- Open Chrome
- At the top right of the page, click the three lines to open the menu
- Select settings from the drop down menu
- Click the Appearance tab to change features including font size and style, and to zoom in and out
- Use the Accessibility tab to edit more features

- Wheelchair access
- Lowered counter position
- Hearing aid assistance
- Signature guides and magnifying glasses for visual impairment
- Assistance dogs welcome in all our branches
- Braille documents can be provided if requested in advance.
