Requirements:

You will need to be registered with LMS before undertaking any transactions with the Society. If you are not currently registered with LMS, you can apply to join the panel via the LMS Conveyancer Zone.

For any post offer queries please contact us using LMS SecureLink via the LMS Conveyancer Zone.

Redemption statements:

Redemption Statement requests must be submitted online using LMS SecureLink. You can access this via the LMS Conveyancer Zone. 

• Just start a new query and select ‘Redemption Statement’ from the drop-down list.
