We’ve been looking after our members’ savings, and helping them buy homes, since 1849. We’re now proud to announce a new online service for members.

The online service complements our 10 high street locations across Suffolk. So, we’re still here if you’d prefer to talk.

Register to view your branch accounts

If you have an eligible* branch account or mortgage with us, you can now get online access to view your latest balance and transactions and send us secure messages. You’ll need to register using these details:

  • A UK address
  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Postcode
  • Savings or mortgage account number (you’ll find this in your passbook or on your statement)
  • UK mobile number (which must be already registered to your account and unique to you).

If we don’t have your mobile number, please call us on 0330 123 0723 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

Use the link below to discover more about your new online service, including a guide on how to get started, FAQs, and tips on how best to stay safe online.
