The Society is following government and NHS advice in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic and following notification that Trinity Park, our AGM venue, is postponing all of its events for the near future we have therefore taken the decision to hold our Annual General Meeting behind closed doors.

This means our AGM will still go ahead and be held at our Head Office on Wednesday 25 March, but unfortunately members will be unable to attend. We will instead issue an audio recording of the AGM and the voting results, which will be available on our website.

Our priority remains the wellbeing of our employees, members and suppliers.

Q: How can I watch or listen to the AGM? How will I know the voting results?

We will be audio recording the AGM and voting results. These will be made available on the Annual General Meeting page, along with copies of the CEO and Chairman’s speeches and a copy of the questions received.

Q: How do I use my vote?

If you received a voting pack by post or email and have not yet voted you can do this in the following ways:

  • Online by 6.30pm on Monday 23 March
  • In branch by 12noon on Saturday 21 March
  • By post which must be received by the Scrutineers by 6.30pm on Monday 23 March

Please refer to your original voting pack for full details.

Q: What happens if I have a question for the Board?

You can submit your question to the Board when voting online or in branch. Alternatively please email your question to [email protected] by 6.30pm on Monday 23 March. Questions and answers will be displayed on our website following the AGM.

* Post-AGM Update *

Our results, transcripts of the CEO and Chairman’s speeches, member questions and answers and an audio recording of the AGM are now available on our Annual General Meeting page.
