How the Society celebrated the Platinum Jubilee

During a special long bank holiday weekend earlier this month, everyone across the country celebrated her Majesty the Queen’s 70-year reign as Monarch. It was no different in Suffolk and at our wonderful branches, which underwent a Regal transformation with displays of British bunting, flags and more to celebrate the occasion.

From personalised Jubilee scrapbooks including your very own personal memories of the Queen, to memorabilia on display and hand-knitted Royal teapots, we had it all!

For those of you who couldn’t make it to one of our branches over the last few weeks, we have included a gallery of images below to showcase the Jubilee celebrations. We hope you had a fantastic weekend celebrating and look forward to seeing you all in our branches soon.
