At our Annual General Meeting we present the David Coe award to a member of staff who consistently provides excellent customer care and a focus that exceeds the normal requirements of their job.

I am delighted to announce Noah Davis, Finance Specialist from our Finance team, as our latest award winner.

Noah joined the Society on an apprenticeship in February 2016 and instantly impressed with how he dealt with customers. His prompt and professional approach and ‘can do’ attitude ensures that branches can deal with members’ queries as quickly as possible and he is often the ‘go-to’ person for branch colleagues to contact for assistance.

Noah’s friendly and positive nature has not gone unnoticed. He regularly receives compliments and thanks from colleagues, who describe him as “extremely helpful and approachable at all times” and someone who “consistently looks to provide an excellent level of service”.

Noah is also very self-motivated and keen to develop his knowledge, currently studying for Level 4 of the AAT Accounting qualification. All being well he should be fully qualified in a few months’ time. He has also taken part in delivering Money Management financial education sessions at HMP Hollesley Bay and helped to raise money for St Elizabeth Hospice by taking part in their RideFest event.

I think you will agree that Noah is a very worthy winner! Along with the Board of Directors I would like to thank Noah for his hard work and dedication – a fantastic commitment to providing excellent customer service.  Congratulations.
