Our AGM is for members to have their say.
Each year we share our financial performance with our members and invite them to have their say on how the Society is run. Our Annual General Meeting includes a number of resolutions, such as receiving the Report of the Directors, Annual Accounts and Auditor’s Report; election and re-election of Directors; approval of Directors’ remuneration; appointment of Auditors; and any special resolutions which may be proposed.
There is also the opportunity for members to ask our Board a question, and, because we believe in transparency, you’ll find all of the questions and answers for Year Ended 30 November 2022 below.
