We’d like to let our members know that Drayton Insurance Services will be closing the agency that they operate with us in Capel St Mary, with effect from 1pm on Friday 31 October 2025.
We understand that this change may cause inconvenience, and we are committed to supporting you through it.

You will still be able to access and manage your accounts through our 10 branches. The closest ones to Capel St Mary are:

Members can also manage eligible savings accounts online, on the phone, and by post.
The Society is writing to members who use the Capel St Mary agency individually, to help them access these services.
We’d like to thank all our members and Drayton Insurance Services staff who have supported the Capel St Mary agency.
We remain committed to the Suffolk community and our branch network. We were pleased to open a new branch in Felixstowe in March 2025.
