If you’ve got a post-offer query, you can contact us using LMS SecureLink. You can access this via the LMS Conveyancer Zone.

Redemption statements:

Redemption Statement requests must be submitted online using LMS SecureLink, accessed via LMS Conveyancer Zone. Just start a new query and select ‘Redemption Statement’ from the drop-down list. If you are not on the LMS panel, please email your request to [email protected]
