Last week we were thrilled to host Ipswich Town and Waterfront at Mutual House, who held a special networking event designed to bring together local small businesses.

Featuring wines from Brazil and Slovenia provided by Martin Ward of The Wine Educators, it was wonderful to see around 30 attendees, including one person firms, small start-ups and representatives from local solicitors and other organisations.

During the evening we offered a tour of Mutual House, our wonderful new flagship premises in the heart of Ipswich town centre. Built in 1901 as Parr’s Bank, we have restored and unveiled some wonderful original features such as a grand high ceiling, and made the former bank vault into a comfortable meeting room.

We were delighted to be able to host our first networking event within our new space, and received some great feedback about our restoration project.
